Our goal is to work with a small number of clients with a depth of relationship.
What work have you done for past clients?
We’ve worked in almost all aspects of the private lending business. For example we helped an established lender identify that one of their correspondents lenders had been victim to fraud, we have designed credit boxes, worked with borrowers declaring bankruptcy and exploring debtor-in-posession financing, built financial models to track loan data, performed asset management and due diligence, strategized social media content, established hypothecation facilities, and pitch deck design.
Can You Help Me Get a Loan?
Yes. Though while we do broker loans, we will always prioritize sending loan requests to the companies we have worked with, and can’t promise objective results.
How Long Is A Typical Consulting Engagement?
We offer both short-term project-based engagements and ongoing long-term engagements. Long-term engagements for ongoing work tend to be better for established lenders since they have more complex businesses.
What is the Minimum Investment?
The minimum is usually between $50,000 to $250,000 depending on the opportunity.
I Need Front-End Support. Will Our Brands Clash?
Our goal is to create high-quality lasting relationships with a small number of clients. We can use company branded phone numbers and emails, and prioritize your brand.
